Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
No — we don't run a 24-hour line, and we'd rather tell you that now than during an outage. During regular hours (Mon–Fri 7am–5pm) we offer quick, often same-day service. We take urgent evening and weekend calls when we have the capacity, but we won't promise a window we can't hold. What counts as an HVAC emergency?
No heat in freezing weather, no cooling during a heat wave, a gas smell, a burning electrical smell, a repeatedly tripping breaker, or water leaking from a failed water heater. When in doubt, call — we'll help you decide.
My furnace won't ignite — what should I check first?
Confirm the thermostat is set to heat and above room temperature, check that the furnace switch and breaker are on, and replace a very dirty filter. If it still won't ignite, stop there and call us — repeated ignition attempts can be unsafe.
