We collect only what we need to answer you and schedule work. Through the quote and contact forms on this site, that is:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your city or service area
• The service you're asking about, and the message you write us

This information is used solely to respond to your request, quote the work, and schedule service. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we never ask for financial or payment information through this website.

2. How your information reaches us

Form submissions are sent directly to our own email inbox through our hosting provider. They are not stored in a marketing database, and they are not sold or shared.

3. SMS messaging terms

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Charlie's Heating and Air Conditioning LLC related to appointment confirmations, service updates, promotional offers, and account notifications.

• Message frequency: frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4 SMS messages per month.
• Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You'll get a confirmation message, and we will stop sending SMS to your number.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy; that information is not shared with any third party.

4. Website tracking

We use standard website analytics tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

These may record general usage such as pages visited, browser type, device, and time on site. It is aggregated and used to improve the site — not to identify you personally.

Doing that requires cookies set by Google in your browser. You can clear or block them in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly the same.

5. Third-party links

This site links to services we don't control — our financing partner, our Google Business Profile, and manufacturer sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read them before sharing information there.

6. How long we keep your information

Quote requests stay in our email and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP, or of email by telling us
